Simple Black Bean Burger

Ingredients
1.5 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium0.5 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain0.5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)0.5 tsp Salt0.25 tsp Pepper, black0.5 tsp Garlic powder0.25 tsp Paprika0.25 tsp Cumin seed
Directions
Preheat oven. Line baking dish with parchment paper. Drain, rinse and mash beans. Finely chop onion. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Taste and adjust seasonings according to taste. Form into 4 patties and place on parchment lined pan. Baked until heated through and becomes firm.
