Ingredients
1 cup Pork Rinds (powdered in a blender) 1/3 cup Whey Protein Isolate Protein Powder (Unflavored) 2 large Eggs 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tbsp Sour Cream 3 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 385* and oil 4 muffin top slots in a muffin top pan; set aside... combine all ingredients and spoon into the muffin top slots (spread out evenly in each muffin slot)... Bake for 15 min at 385*... allow to cool 5 min, then move to a cooling rack to completely cool...
