Homemade Vanilla Bean Yogurt

Ingredients
56.70 Granulated Sugar 5 gram(s) Yogourmet Freeze-Dried Yogurt Starter - 1 packet 4.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) .5 cup low-fat powdered skim milk (USDA Info) (by MOMADOG007)
Directions
heat milk to 180 degrees, add vanilla bean (as much as you like) or a teaspoon of vanilla extract and 4 tablespoons of sugar (I use regular sugar because I don't like using artificial sweeteners)
Cool milk to 110 degrees, add starter and whisk until frothy.
Add to jars, put in yogurt incubator for up to 10 hours (sometimes I go longer)
Refrigerate for 3 hours prior to eating.

Serving Size: 7 - 7 ounce jars of yogurt
