5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell) 1.1 lb Beef, round steak .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 10 serving Provolone cheese, sliced, Great Value Brand 2 serving Rice - Uncle Ben's Ready Whole Grain Medley - Brown & Wild serving = 1 cup
Directions
brown steak and onions together, cook rice, cut and gut peppers. stuff peppers with steak, onions and rice top with cheese slice. Cook in oven @ 400 5-10 min
