6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites 4 oz Gruyere Cheese 6 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon
Whisk eggs and egg whites together. Spray a muffin tin. Place 1/2 slice of bacon in the bottom of each muffin cup, allow to come up the sides. Ladle egg mixture into cups. Add about a tablespoon of shredded cheese to each cup. Fold ends of bacon over mixture. Bake for 15 min at 350 degrees or until set
