Chicken Burritos

Ingredients
1/2 cup shredded chicken1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed1 tbsp barbecue sauce2 leaves romaine lettuce, shredded1 tortilla, fat free1 tbsp fat free sour cream
Directions
Place shredded chicken, beans,and barbecue sauce in a nonstick skillet and heat until hot, 4 to 5 minutes.
Assemble the wraps by placing the lettuce in the center of the tortilla and topping with the chicken mixture. Top with sour cream and roll as you would a burrito. Slice in half diagonally and serve warm
