Ingredients
beat the eggs together. Mix with peanut butter and carrot. Then mis in raisins, sunflower seeds, diced aprocots, flour and rolled oats. I used about 1/4 cup of water to moisten mixture and get it to hold together.
Directions
This makes 10 good size cookies. Scoop out onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes.
