Ingredients
16.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted3.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh4.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips2.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Season with chili lime seasoning and cumin. Chop vegetables and mix 2 tsp of Olive oil spread on to plan and roasted for 45 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 internal temp.
