Sausage crusted 4 cheese quiche

Ingredients
396 grams (14oz) Pork Sausage 5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 6 cup Spinach, fresh 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.5 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese 0.5 cup, shredded Swiss Cheese 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 2 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
Use 9x13 casserole dish. Press raw pork sausage along bottom. In pan over medium heat melt butter and saute mushrooms. (Add garlic here if you want, not in nutrition count.) When close to done add spinach to wilt. Cool slightly and pour into casserole. A little liquid is okay. Here’s where you can salt or add herbs (not in nutrition count). Top with feta, Swiss, and mozzarella cheese Mix eggs, milk, and water. Pour over mixture. Top with grated Parmesan. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until middle is set. Cool slightly before serving. Serving Size: Makes 12 servings
