Guac Dip

Ingredients

1. 2-3 Avacados2. 1 Tomatoe3. Olive oil4. Garlic salt5. Taco seasoning
Makes 2 -3 cups.
Cut and peel avocado, then mash together the avocado peices in a bowl.
Dice the tomatoe and add thee peices to the bowl.
Pour in 1tsp of olive oil.
Sprinkle with 1tsp of garlic salt.
Sprinkle 1tsp of taco seasoning.
Stir together well and serve the dip with white corn chips. ( or your desire )

It is indeed an easy recipe, a compliment coming from someone who is not a good cook! It took me about 20 minutes from start to finish. I added 1/2 cup of diced onion for extra flavor. The guac should be chilled for at least 30 minutes & then may want to add a bit more seasoning to taste. Yummy! - 8/24/08
