2 large Hard Boiled Egg 1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 0.25 tbsp Sandwhich spread - Kraft Light (by BRENKMAN)
Boiled 2 large eggs for about 10 minutes, then remove from heat and cover with lid for another 10 minutes. Drain water and place the eggs in very cold or iced water for about 20 minutes. Peel eggs and cut in half. Remove yellow yoke in bowl and with fork mash, then add sandwhich spread, mustard and seasoning. Mix well. Spoon into egg. Makes four halves. Enjoy!!
