8.0 oz Cream Cheese6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.01 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract30.0 gram(s) Daisy - Sour Cream
Directions
Allow cream cheese to soften at room temp. Add all ingredients to blender. I use a Ninja. Blend and allow batter to set while heating up skillet Batter is very runny and will spread easily, Cook about 2 minutes on each side. They will have a crepe like texture. Fill or top with blackberry or cream cheese filling. Serving Size: makes 14-4 inch pancakes
