C's Black Bean Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
32 oz Mountaire Frozen Chicken Breast (by MFMCKENZ1978) 14 serving Newman's Own Black Bean & Corn Salsa, 2 Tbsp 8 serving Sargento String Cheese, Natural low moisture, part-skim Mozzarella Cheese 3.5 cup Bird Eye Steamfresh Broccoli Florets 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Put EVOO and butter in fry pan over medium heat. When pan is hot, place chicken breast in pan and brown. Pour black bean salsa over chicken and cover. Simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. Add 1 bag cooked broccoli. Put 1 bag mozzarella cheese over top of chicken. and broccoli. Replace lid and heat for 5 minutes.
