Roll Ups with Swiss Cheese, Turkey, & Nut Butter

Ingredients
- 4 thin slices of Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese, room temperature- 2 oz sliced thin sliced turkey lunch meat- 2 tsp All natural, unsweetened peanut butter (you can use any natural nut butter)(Option for P2)- 1/2 Large Apple, peeled and thinly sliced
Directions
Makes 4 rolls
______________
1) Lay cheese out on plate or board
2) Place turkey on top of cheese slices
3) Spread with Peanut or other nut butter and roll up
4) Secure with toothpicks or place in snack bag

If using the optional apples, add them before the nut butter.
