Whole Wheat Kernal Blender Pancakes

Ingredients
1 Cup Whole Wheat Kernals1 1/2 Cup Milk1 Egg1 Tbl Oil7 Tbl Applesauce3 Tbl Sugar3 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract1/2 tsp Almond Extract1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Makes about 18 pancakes.

1. Pour 1 cup of Wheat Kernals (do not use flour) into a blender. Add 1 cup of Milk and blend on high for at least 3 minutes.
2. Add another 1/2 cup of Milk, and blend for another 1-2 minutes.
3. Add to the the rest of the ingredients to the mixture and blend well.
4. Cook on a sprayed griddle and serve.
