24 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 2 cup Tomato Sauce 1 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar 6 tsp packed Brown Sugar 2 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar 1 tsp Salt 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Mix ground beef, crumbs, salt, pepper, onion and half of tomato sauce. The Form into loaf and put in pan. Bake at 350F for 50 minutes. Mix together remaining tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, white sugar and mustard in sauce pan and bring to boil. Take meatloaf out of oven drain any fat and then pour mixture over meatloaf and bake another 10 minutes.
