Beer Steamed Black Mussels-Instant Pot

Ingredients
1 lb medium (about 24) Black Mussels-fresh raw 6 cloves Fresh Garlic 3 tbsp Parsley 10.5 oz Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 5 tbsp chopped Shallots 9 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 1 tbsp Chosen Foods Avocado Oil 1 can of your favorite premium beer
Directions
Debeard and scrub mussels and throw any away that are open. Let them dry and turn instant pot onto sautee.

Put avocado oil, shallots and garlic into pot to sautee. Add beer after shallots become translucent. Cook alcohol off for about 2-3 minutes. Turn off.

Add chicken broth, parsley, lemon juice and stir. Immediately put in mussels and close the pot. They will start to open when they hit the hot broth. Cook on manual high pressure for 3 minutes.
