Stuffed Mini Sweet Peppers

Ingredients
30 mini sweet pepers, cut lengthwise down the middle, with the stem still on. Seeds removed. 7 oz feta cheese1/4 c fresh basil, pressed down1/4 c fresh rosemary, pressed down1/4 c sundried tomatoes, dried, not in oil
Directions
combine the feta, basil, rosemary and tomatoes in a food processor and chop until fine. Spoon into the peppers and place on a baking sheet in a 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes, until the peppers start to soften.

I figure about 3 peppers per serving.
