Quick and Simple Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 Can of Chicken, may be substituted for Turkey2-3 Tbsp Green Onion, finely chopped2-3 Tbsp Water Celery, finely chopped2 Tbsp Lite Mayonnaise1 tsp Yellow Mustard1/4 tsp Garlic Salt1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Drain the liquid from the canned chicken. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix together with a fork to break up the chicken. Eat by itself, add to a salad instead of dressing, or use in sandwiches or wraps. High in protein and flavor!!
