2.0 tbsp Butter, salted1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese1.0 oz Cream Cheese7.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth0.5 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw meat) Bacon, pork, microwaved0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw25.0 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round]1.5 serving cauliflower rice medley1.0 tsp cumin1.0 tsp chilli powder2.0 tsp xantham powder
Brown neat with onions and season salt, garlic powder, onion powder and seasoned pepper. Cut up bacon into small pieces and cook in small pan till brown while hamburger is browning. Drain meat. Use same pot melt butter then add chilli powder and cumin and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken broth. Add cheese, cream cheese, and sprinkle xantham powder over broth in small batches and stir slowly. Steam cauliflower for a few minutes in microwave. When cheese is all melted add hamburger, bacon, and cauliflower. Season with Tony's or Season Salt and Pepper to taste. Cook until bubbly. Then ready to serve.
