1/2 Cup Light Soy Milk1 Tablespoon Vanilla Yogurt (fat free or low fat)1/2 Packet organic instant oatmeal cooked in hot water1 Teaspoon Cinnamon1 Teaspoon Ground Flax Seed1 Teaspoon Chocolate Soy or Whey Protien Powder1 Teaspoon All Natural (no sugar) Peanut Butter3-6 Ice Cubes
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until shake is smooth.
