1 1/2 lbs Asparagus1/4c Reduced fat parmesan cheese2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Snap thick ends of asparagus off and rinse. Lay asparagus flat in shallow baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Toss to coat each spear. Put in oven. Cook until spears are tender or to your liking. Makes about 4 servings.
