1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .33 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground 2 tsp Baking Powder .75 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt 1.5 cup, grated Carrots, raw 1 cup Oats, Quaker .33 cup (not packed) Raisins 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) .5 cup Oat Bran .75 cup Apple Sauce (Motts) Unsweetened
Whip together : Add 6tbsp water to ground flax seed + apple sauce + cinnamon + Nutmeg+ Salt + Baking Powder + Baking Soda
Add all other ingredients one at a time . Mix thoroughly . Divide into 12 portions using muffin tins. Bake at 300 Degrees Celsius for 15 mins. Place on wire rack for cooling, then storage
