57 grams Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 57 grams Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 57 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz. 8 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 1 cup Rice, Meijer Long Grain Instant Rice (Cooked) (by MISTRESSMISSY)
Directions
cook peppers and onions until soft. in a separate pan brown the beef and then drain. combine ingredients and cook a little longer. while letting the beef and pepper mix cook, prepare rice per box instructions. combine all ingredients. separate into two equal servings.
