Pumpkin Raisin Muffins

Ingredients
2 c whole wheat flour1 1/2 c all purpose flour1 c granulated sugar4 tsp baking powder1 tssp baking soda1 tbsp cinnamon1 tsp ground nutmeg1 tsp ground ginger1 1/2 c raisins1 (14oz) can of pumpkin puree (not pie filling)1/2 c vegetable type oil2 c buttermilk3 eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F
Combine whole flour, all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and raisins.
In separate bowl, blend together pumpkin, oil, buttermilk and eggs
Mix in a large well in center of dry ingredients; pour in wet ingredients all at once. Gently fold together until just combined. Spoon batter into muffin tins. Bake in preheated over for 18 - 22 min or until firm to touch
