Ingredients
2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup celeriac (celery root) (by WOOLANDWOOD) 1 serving Pepper, Poblano 1 Pepper (by AGGIEKBEAR03) 100 gram(s) Celery, Fresh (2 sticks) 10 cup Organic Free Range Low Sodium Chicken Stock (by WHIDBEYNURSE) 125 gram Simply Nature Organic Black Beans rinsed (1/2 cup) 10 serving black beans organic 5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 3 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes 2 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat)
Directions
Make a sofrito with onion, celeriac, celery, carrots, pepper, then add beans, stock, tomatoes and cumin. Let them boil for a while. Adjust with salt, sugar (optional), and lemon juice (optional)
