Ingredients
0.75 tsp Salt2.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 serving Yogurt 1 C Nonfat Greek Strained Yogurt Fage Brand1.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour24.0 gram ideal lean multi purpose protein1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Mix together egg and yogurt, then work in yogurt mixture to flour mixture. Knead on flat surface 10-15 turns. Cut into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion and connect ends to make bagel shape. Place on parchment lined pan. Brush with egg wash. Top with your choice of topping (everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seed, etc.) Bake @375 for 25 min. On the top rack. Serving Size: Makes 4 bagels
