Ingredients
4.0 serving(s) farmland diced ham74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw2.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw8.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.05 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A0.05 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese1 tsp. Olive oil.
Directions
Layer ham in baking dish Diced peppers and onion Add oil to frying pan and cook peppers and onion until tender. Add to ham layer. Add cheese. Spread on top. Combine eggs and milk. Add egg mixture on top of cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 22 to 25 minutes or until done.
