Vegan Banana Protein Muffins

Ingredients
1.0 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched8.0 oz True Nutrition Banana Smoothie Vegan Protein4.0 oz Good Karma Unsweetened Flax milk2.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh0.33 cup, packed Brown Sugar0.5 cup Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 Mix dry ingredients plus 3 tsp baking powder in a bowl. Mash banana and mix wet ingredients in second bowl. Combine and whip till well blended but not totally smooth. Add water as needed to gain consistency based on the protein powder you're using. Spoon into coated muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes, let cool slightly, and enjoy!
