Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Walnuts 1 cup, chopped Almonds 1 cup Sesame Seeds 1 cup Pepitas (Pumkin Seed Kernals) 1 cup raw shelled sunflower seeds (no salt) 1 c whole Flax Seeds 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/3 cup Olive Oil 1.5 tsp Salt
Directions
mix all ingredients well, transfer to parchment-paper lined loaf pan and smooth top. Bake in preheated 350F oven for an hour...will not rise, but will sound hollow when tapped. Cool fully. Slice thinly. Will keep in fridge for a week
