1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 16 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 3 tsp Heinz White Wine Vinegar (by AUALIBRA) 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 1 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value) 1 dash Salt
This recipe works best if the egg is at room temp. Put egg in first then all other ingredients. With immersion blender on the bottom of the glass mix ingredients until you see them blending and coming up to the top. Then slowly bring blender up and down until all ingredients are well blended. All together mixing time is about 2 minutes.
