One dish spaghetti and meat sauce

Ingredients
3 oz tomato paste,16 oz can whole tomatoes1 cup water6 oz dry spaghetti. broken into 3rds5 oz cooked extra lean ground beefgarliconions,green peppersfennel seedsaltpepper
Directions
Add all to pressure cooker and bring up to pressure. Cook for 5 minutes. Quick release under cold water. Let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
