Creamed Tuna on Toast

Ingredients
1 tbsp Smart Balance Light spread1 tbsp whole wheat flour1 cup 1% milk1 6 oz can tuna pack in water (drained)3 slices whole wheat breadsaltpepper
Directions
Melt spread in a 1 qt sauce pan over medium heat. Add flour and stir well (should be a lumpy blob). Gradually add in milk, stirring well each time. Bring just to a boil and reduce heat to low. Stirring frequently, simmer about five minutes (or until thickens). Add in tuna and stir well. Toast bread and divide sauce evenly over slices. Salt and pepper to taste.

For thicker sauce, use less milk.
