Ingredients
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 20 gram(s) Green Chilli Pepper Fresh (by MONKEYNUT1562) 1 serving Celantro, fresh chopped 1/4cup (by MINDYYY) 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 1tsp Canola Oil
Directions
In 2tps oil fry 1 cup chopped onion, or as much as you like. When it’s golden set a side. Add 3 eggs, chopped celantro, chopped chilli pepper, salt to taste, red pepper to tast and fried onion. Mix all together. Add rest of the oil to a hot pan n fry the mixture.
