2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 cup blue Cornmeal 2 cup Milk, 1% 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt .5 cup Granulated Sugar .5 cup Shortening

Mix together and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
