Breakfast muffin sausage egg veggie

Ingredients
4 serving Kroger Breakfast Sausage Links (3) 10 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 3 serving Cheese, Great Value, Finely Shredded Pizza Blend Cheese, 1/3c (28g) 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 42 gram(s) Butter (Kerrygold) Pure Irish Gold Foil 1T=14g
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F
liberally spray muffin tin with favorite no-stick spray
cut up sausage links, put in frying pan and cook til no longer pink, divide equally into muffin cups
add butter frying pan, add chopped pepper and mushroom, cook until you're happy. (some folks like more or less cooked!)
divide veggies into muffin cups
top veggies with cheese
scramble eggs with cream, divide into muffin cups
cook 16-20 minutes until firm. eat warm or refrigerate and microwave approximate 1 minute
