1/2 cup measuring cup for berries1/2 cup of apple1/2 grapes1/2 cup of low fat yogurt perferbablly less sweet better less caloriesu can pick any fruit u like for this too do actually but its really tasty with these fruits i picked........ along wiht peach yogurt
well ok.........makes 1 8 oz glass full of shake....if u want more u can add more......just measure fruit in throw everyhting in there.in blender along with a bit extra of yougurt too make it smoother...... and pick at the fruit once in blender...... so its smoother blending blen for like three minutes moving higher too blend.......step by step........
