2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 small Onions, raw .5 tsp Pepper, black 0.25 tsp Goya Adobo (All Purpose Seasoning) (by TIARENEE) 1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
Finely grate or shred potatoes. The grate MUST be fine!
Finely grate onion. MUST be finer than mince.
Add in beaten egg, adobo (salt), pepper, onion & flour.
Mix well.
Pan fry in vegetable oil.
Toppings can include applesauce (traditional), apple butter, pear butter, etc.
Serving Size: Makes 10-12 , 4" round pancakes
