Ingredients
1 pack instant dry yeast (not in nutrition count)2 cups warm water 2Tbsp granulated sugar1 cup, stirred Soy Flour 1/2 cup almond flour 1 cup ground flaxseed Heavy pinch of salt (not in nutrition count)6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 stick Butter, salted, melted
Directions
Bloom yeast in warm water with 2tbsp granulated sugar. 5 minutes. Fold flours and flax into yeast water Whisk in eggs Let sit 5-10 minutes for flax to expand. Fold in melted butter Batter will be thinner. Pour into 2 sprayed loaf pans and let rise 45-60 minutes until fluffy. Bake at 325 for 45-60 minutes until tops are browned and middle is just set. If browning too quick, cover with aluminum foil. Let cool completely (2-3 hours) before slicing. Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves 16 slices each.
