Ingredients
1 cup water1 cup chopped onion1/2 tsp. salt4 oz. uncooked ziti28 oz. tomatoes with liquid2-4 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp. italian seasoning1/4 cup parmesan cheese1 cup (6 oz.) mozarella cheese, part skim
Directions
Brown sirloin and onions in cooker. Drain. Add water, garlic, salt, seasonings and ziti, stiring well. Add tomatoes on top. DO NOT STIR AS IT CAN SETTLE TO THE BOTTOM AND SCORCH. Lock lid and bring to pressure (15 lbs.) Cook 5 minutes. Quick release using cold water. Stir in romano. Add half mozarella cheese and stir well. Add remaining cheese and cover with lid. Let sit 5 minutes to melt cheese. Serve.
