Mexacan Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
1 quart beef broth14- oz. can diced tomatoes w/ green chilies1 lbs. ground (lean) beef1 Tbs. oil1/2 cup chopped onion1 t. cumin2t. oregano2 cloves garlic, crushed2 cups cabbage, shredded
Directions
Micro wave broth and tomatoes.
Start to brown ground beef, oil. Use a large soup kettle. When beef is 1/2 done add onion and garlic. Continue to cook until beef is browned. Add the cumin and oregano, stir them in and add the beef stock and tomatoes. Stir in shredded cabbaged and bring to a simmer. Cook for another minute or so and serve.
