2 cup, sliced Zucchini 2 cup, sliced Summer Squash 6 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) 1 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled) 2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 0.5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1.5 serving COOKING - Hidden Valley Ranch DRY [2 Tbsp-mixed] (by HAD_ENUFF) 8 tbsp Italian Dressing Fat Free Wishbone
Spiraling zucchini and squash then slice, chop or dice other vegetables. In large bowl, combine vegetables and ranch dressing mix. Poor Italian. Dressing over vegetables until generously coated. Stir thoroughly until mixed. Chill.
