* Egg, fresh, 5 medium * *Canola Oil, 1 1tsp * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) * Salt, 1 dash * Granulated Sugar, .5 grams * Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp
Directions
1. Blend the eggs together with salt, sugar, soy sauce and a bit of water
2. Add oil, fry the egg for a bit
3. Add tomato
