Easy Coconut custard pie

Ingredients
16 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened .75 cup Granulated Sugar .5 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only) .25 cup Butter, salted 2 cup Milk, 3.25% 1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate with shortening. If you use cooking spray, the crust will stick!

In medium bowl, stir all ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.

Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie.
