300 grams Banana, fresh 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. .33 cup Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk Blend Unsweetened .33 cup Cocoa Butter Oil (original: 1/3 cup coconut oil)2 tbsp Maple Syrup 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 30 gram Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Sweet & Lite Sugar & Stevia Blend (1/2 tsp) (original: 1/4 cup coconut sugar).5 cup Oats, Quaker 1 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt 210 grams Flour, whole grain (original: 1 1/2 cups whole spelt flour)60 gram(s) Chocolate Chips - Enjoy Life Mini-ChipsCan add nuts or fruit and omit chocolate chips as desired.
Combine wet ingredients and then dry ingredients into wet. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes if doing loaf. I did 12 muffin cups and baked for 20 minutes.
