1.5 cup blanched almond flour0.25 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice0.25 tsp Baking Soda6.0 serving Cheese, Mozzarella, Part Skim, Kroger (shredded, 1/4 cup)2.0 oz Cream Cheese2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with silicone baking mat. Mix flour and baking soda. Microwave shredded mozzarella and cubed cream cheese for 2 mins stiring after 1 minute and again when there's 30 secs left. Make sure mixed. Add flour mixture and beaten eggs to cheese. Mix and squeeze with hand ingredients. Make sure mixed. Divided into 6 roll out dough and make into circle place on baking sheet and sprinkle seeds. Bake for 14 mins.
