Ingredients
1.5 cup Butter, salted3.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tsp Nutmeg, ground3.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tsp Baking Soda192.0 tsp Sugar - C&H Pure Cane Granulated White Sugar7.0 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)4.0 serving Eggs - Jumbo Grade A Eggs - California Ranch Fresh - 1 Egg = 1 Serving (63g)4.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
Add dry ingredients, except sugar, in a large bowl and mix well with whisk. In a larger bowl, mix sugar and melted butter well with hand blender. Add eggs, 2 at a time, mixing well with blender. Keep mixing until it starts to form firm ripples. Add pumpkin and blend well. Add dry mix and beat until well blended. Put in greased, large, bread pans. Bake at 375 for aprox. 75-85 mins. Check with clean knife at about 70 mins. Serving Size: 8 slices a loaf, makes 2 loaves
