Picnic Burgers

Ingredients
16 ozs Ground beef extra lean,! cup raw chopped Onion,2 tbsp Heinz Ketchup,3 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce,2 tsp Dijon Mustard,1 Large egg Yolk,1 tsp Salt,1 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
1. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. divide into 8 portions.
3. Shape into burgers.
4. Leave to chill in the fridge for about an hour.
5. Grill for approx 10 mins turning over half way through cooking time.
6. Rest for 5 mins before serving.
7. Serve with a toasted Roll or fresh Salad.
