Low Carb White Sauce for Pizza or Pastas

0.5 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat2.0 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream2.0 cloves Garlic1.0 tsp Oregano, ground2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Thyme, ground0.12 tsp Pepper, black
Q) Combine all ingredients in blender and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
2) For pizza sauce, spread the sauce over the unbaked pizza crust.
3) Top with other favorite pizza toppings like spinach, mushrooms, cooked chicken, broccoli, 1-1/2 cup of cheese blends like mozzarella, parmesan, Romano or a blend of your favorite cheeses.
Makes one medium sized pizza (8) servings& adding less than 1 net carb per serving.
Serving Size: Will cover 12" pizza or use in posts dishes. 4 net carbs per 3/4 cup.
