2 slice Bread, wheat (including toast) 2 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 serving cucumber peeled, raw 1/2 cucumber 1 serving Hass Avocado Fresh (1/2 of Avocado) 1 leaf, large Iceberg Lettuce (salad) .25 cup Alfalfa sprouts 1 serving Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp
Directions
In making your sandwich, use bread, condiments, and several thick slices of avocado, tomato, and cucumber, alone or in any combination. Top with generous handful of alfalfa or red clover sprouts and / or lettuce. Avoid having more than one sandwich on any one day.
